Isn't this just the resumption of school after summer? I think the normal process is that whichever teachers aren't pregnant get called back in to start their own jobs or fill the places of the pregnant ones. These teachers can then become pregnant after Christmas so that by the time the next school year rolls around they don't go back. It's like that process of leaving one field fallow.

Hi everyone! Hope all's good. Just letting ye know I'm heading back to Donegal, to teach art again this year. It's the same school in Carndonagh, beautiful part of the country, Wadgies mum is frm next village over(Ballyliffin).
